TaxProMarketer "TPM" has taken my CPA firms marketing to the stratosphere since we had them redo our website in 2019. They built a beautiful website that has gotten compliments from all of my clients and the price was extremely fair for what we got. It was supercharged for SEO even before we started increasing our SEO marketing with their help, our website was hitting the top page of google for local Accountants from day 1 of going live.
After the website was done, our firm started small with them, we had them manage our social media and they were very low pressure and advised us of packages that they recommended which is very similar to how we operate our firm and our relationships with our clients. We eventually got to the package that we have today, which is an SEO and Social Media package, and I must say we have had to increase our prices and be more selective with our potential clients because we currently are overloaded and a huge reason for this is the work that TPM does for our firm.
The biggest home run that we have instituted from them is their weekly e-mails, unfortunately for us we were initially reluctant to put that in our marketing plan due to being closed minded when we first started working with TPM, I cannot stress enough how much a mistake that was, I really wish we instituted them on day 1 of our relationship with TPM. These e-mails have been amazing and we have had clients tell us that they look forward to these weekly e-mails, some have even told us that the e-mails have helped them get through dealing with the business fallout from COVID and were a breath of fresh air during dark times.
Again, this is a first class organization, every person that I have dealt with from TPM has gone above and beyond for my firm and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Accounting Firm that is looking for a marketing partnership. I first came across TaxProMarketer during a continuing education presentation. My CPA firm is small but markets aggressively, and I was always juggling keeping up with clients, sales, coming up with content for various newsletters, managing social media accounts, various ads that need to be written, tested, monitored - it really became overwhelming.
The folks over at TPM have been helpful to my practice - we've been with them for 5-ish months now, and they provide things that make my life so much simpler: daily Facebook/LinkedIn posts, weekly newsletters (both for individual and business clients, as well as tax resolution), website lead generation + lead follow-up campaigns, google ads, local SEO, weekly blog posts, Google My Business posts... and technical support for all of it.
Their portal allows you to customize the newsletters, keep track of ad spend, view statistics for Google My Business, see you leads from a website form, customize newsletter mailing lists, lots of stuff.
My firm has always been pretty good when it comes to marketing, and there are additional things we do beyond using TPM, but these guys have made my life so much easier.
BTW - the marketing content they provide is good quality, written specifically for accountants and CPAs (I believe written by a CPA). You won't have to worry about fixing inaccurate information, which was a problem I had with a previous, non tax-focused marketing agency.
If you are an accounting or CPA firm new to marketing - they will set up everything for you, post everything for you, optimize your website and lead generation form, create or spruce up your Facebook and Google My Business accounts - they'll do it all for you, and they'll automate the entire process.
If you want some more control over the process, you can make changes to their content or double check it before approving it or positing it.
Their team is very responsive and will answer your emails promptly, or even set up a call with you if necessary.
FINALLY, most importantly - I see my website visit stats going up, I'm getting more calls from local business owners, I'm getting more hits on my Google My Business profile and climbing in SEO rankings.
